What kinds of information do we collect?

Information you provide
We collect the following information you provide us with directly:

-Your date of birth;
-Your username, password and e-mail address when you register for an Fonk account;
-Profile information that you provide for your user profile;
-User Content (e.g., photos, comments, and other materials) that you post to the Service;
-Communications between you and Fonk (e.g., we may send you Service-related emails);
-Living place.


Log file information
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service. This log file information may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.


Metadata
Metadata is usually technical data that is associated with User Content. For instance, metadata can describe how, when and by whom a piece of User Content was collected and how that content is formatted. Users can add or may have metadata added to their User Content including a hashtag (e.g. to mark keywords when you post a photo), geotag (e.g. to mark your location to a photo), comments or other data. This makes your User Content more searchable by others and more interactive. If you geotag your photo or tag your photo using other's APIs then, your latitude and longitude will be stored with the photo and searchable (e.g. through a location or map feature) if your photo is made public by you in accordance with your privacy settings.

We may use and store information about your location, if you give us permission to do so. We use this information to provide features of our Service, to improve and customize our Service. You can enable or disable location services when you use our Service at anytime, through your mobile device settings.


User Experience and Statistics
We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Service, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving the Service. Remarketing:
Fonk uses remarketing services to advertise on third party web sites to you after you visited our Service. We, and our third party vendors, use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.

Change of control
If we sell or otherwise transfer part or the whole of Fonk or our assets to another organization (e.g., in the course of a transaction like a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation), your information such as name and email address, User Content and any other information collected through the Service may be among the items sold or transferred. You will continue to own your User Content. The buyer or transferee will have to honor the commitments we have made in this Privacy Policy.

If you are located outside Netherlands and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information to The Netherlands. Retention period
In accordance with the law, Fonk does not retain data any longer than is required for attaining the purposes for which they were collected.

If you wish to know which of your data Fonk has recorded or if you wish to amend or remove data that you cannot amend via your account, please contact Fonk.


Children's privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18.
